Not "it helped" — which is kind and which we cannot publish anyway — but the specifics of how the practice runs.
Were you kept waiting and not told why. Did somebody explain what the appointment would cost before it happened. Was the paperwork longer than it needed to be. Did you understand the plan when you left, or work it out later. Did you feel able to say no to something.
That last one matters more than anything else on the list, and almost nobody mentions it unless asked.
Testimonials about clinical care. Section 133 of the National Law prohibits registered health services from using them in advertising, including soliciting them. It applies whether or not they are true and whether or not you offer.
So a review saying treatment worked will get a thank-you and will not be published.
Directly to us, or on a public review platform. Both are fine and the first is faster.
We do not offer anything in exchange for a review, we do not ask for critical ones to be removed, and we will not discuss your care in a public reply. If an answer looks short, that is why.
Tell us before you tell the internet — not to keep it quiet, but because we can only fix what we know about, and a review six weeks later is six weeks of someone else having the same experience.
